What is the minimum quantity I can order?
For screen printing and embroidery, we have a minimum order of 1 garment. We are happy to fill orders of any size.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
The price we quote will include all the necessary costs, except shipping (when applicable). You should be aware that clothing sizes 2XL and larger cost more than regular sizes. We will communicate these costs with you up front.
What is your turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround is about 2 weeks, which may fluctuate during peak periods. We do our best to meet your due date, so be sure to let us know when you will need your items.
How can I keep the cost down?
On screen-printed projects, using fewer ink colors and print locations (i.e. sleeve, chest, back, etc.) will help lower the cost. On an embroidery project, the price is partially determined by the number of stitches, so simplifying the logo design (by removing a background color, for example) or reducing its size will help lower the cost.
Does the cost go up if we want multiple types of garments?
No. If you are using the same logo, you can choose as many different types of garments as you like.
What type of art file works best?
We can work with almost any type of art. These file types work best: Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps), Adobe Photoshop (.psd), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), JPEG Image (.jpeg), TIFF Image (.tiff), and PNG Image (.png). Embroidery files that are (.dst) format are very useful as well, but not required.
Is there an easy way to take orders for a large group?
Yes! Ask us about setting up a private online storefront that showcases all your apparel items, sizes and colors. Each member of your group can go online to select and pay for their individual items. Learn more.
When do i have to pay?
You can pay when you pick up your items. We ask that all items in the order be picked up at one time.
